Who can buy from FireKarrt?
Only adults aged 18 and above. Our rider may ask for a government photo ID at delivery, and will not hand over fireworks to a minor.
Is there a minimum order value?
The minimum order depends on your delivery area and is shown at checkout. Delivery is free above ₹500.
How do I apply a coupon?
Open the Offers page and tap Apply, or enter the code in your cart. The discount is re-checked when you place the order.
How fast is delivery?
Most orders in our service areas arrive in 15–30 minutes. You can follow every step live from My Orders.
What is the delivery OTP?
When your order is out for delivery, a 4-digit OTP appears on the order page. Share it with the rider only after you receive the parcel. It confirms the handover.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Enter your pincode using "Deliver to" at the top of the page or when adding an address. We tell you instantly whether we deliver there.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, until the order is packed (status Confirmed or Preparing). Open the order and tap Cancel order. After packing, cancellation is no longer possible.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds for prepaid orders are started immediately on cancellation and usually reach your original payment method in 5–7 working days.
Can I return fireworks?
For safety reasons opened or used fireworks cannot be returned. If an item is damaged, missing or defective, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
How do I log in?
We use your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). No password to remember.
How do I change my address or email?
Go to My Account → Saved Addresses or Profile Information.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@firekarrt.shop from your registered email or call our helpline. We will verify your identity and delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Firecracker safety guidelines
- Light fireworks outdoors in an open area, away from buildings, vehicles and dry leaves.
- Keep a bucket of water or sand nearby. Never relight a "dud". Soak it in water instead.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Wear cotton clothes; avoid loose synthetic clothing.
- Light at arm’s length and step back immediately. Never hold aerial fireworks in your hand.
- Store fireworks in a cool, dry place away from flames and electrical points.
- Follow local rules on permitted timings and green-cracker-only zones.
In case of a burn injury, cool the area under running water for 20 minutes and seek medical help. Emergency: dial 112.
