Terms of Use

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy fireworks on FireKarrt.
• The rider may ask for a valid government photo ID at delivery. If the recipient is a minor or cannot show ID when asked, the order will not be handed over and is treated as cancelled.

• Fireworks are sold and stored by licensed sellers in accordance with the Explosives Act, 1884 and the Explosives Rules, 2008, under licences issued by PESO.
• We sell green crackers as permitted by applicable court orders and local rules. Sale or delivery may be restricted or suspended in certain areas, dates or times by authorities, and we will follow such restrictions.
• You are responsible for using fireworks lawfully, including permitted timings and locations in your city.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The final amount is calculated by our system at checkout.
• An order is confirmed only when you receive an order number. We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, delivery restrictions or suspected misuse, and will refund any amount paid.
• Coupons are subject to their own conditions (minimum order, validity, per-user limits) and are validated when the order is placed.

• Delivery times shown are estimates and depend on location, traffic, weather and regulatory restrictions.
• You must share the delivery OTP shown in your order only after receiving the parcel. Sharing the OTP confirms successful delivery.
• Fireworks will not be delivered to unsafe locations or left unattended.

Fireworks are hazardous. Follow the instructions printed on each product and oursafety guidelines. FireKarrt is not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, unsafe storage or failure to follow instructions, to the extent permitted by law.

• Keep access to your mobile number secure. Activity under your OTP login is treated as yours.
• We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse of offers, or attempts to purchase for minors.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach consumer forums. Contact support@firekarrt.shop for any complaint first. We aim to resolve it within 30 days.
